After 30 years of success in the cut throat competition of Melbourne's Restaurant scene, rising from an enthusiastic youth in the food industry to a successful restaurant owner/chef, Italian restauranteur Peter Volpe has followed the sun North. Where he opened Cucina of Italy at the Pacific Centre which was located on Calam Rd in Sunnybank Hills, Peter could enthusiastically offer authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a similar sunny climate to that in which it originated in.

In 2010 & 2011 Peter relocated his restaurant Cucina Of Italy to Sunny Park Shopping Centre in Sunnybank.
